Welcome to the shipping and return policy section of Newfreestyle, your one-stop shop for natural and customised hair prostheses. Our company, led by founder Iosca Maria Stella, is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing high quality products and excellent customer service. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding shipping methods and return options available at www.newfreestyle.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Shipping<\/h3>\n

Shipping Times<\/strong> Our natural hair prostheses require special attention in their preparation and customisation. Therefore, shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the product ordered. Generally, orders are shipped within 5-7 working days after order confirmation. For customised prostheses, lead times may extend up to 10-15 working days.<\/p>\n

Shipping Costs<\/strong> The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order and the destination. For standard orders within Italy, the shipping cost is \u20ac4.90 up to a maximum of \u20ac12.90. For international shipments, costs will be calculated at checkout according to the destination and weight of the package.<\/p>\n

Shipping Methods<\/strong> We work with several reliable couriers to ensure that your purchases arrive at their destination safely and on time. Couriers used include Poste Italiane, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h3>\n

Return Policy<\/strong> We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer a flexible return policy. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or product exchange, provided they are in an unaltered condition and with the original packaging.<\/p>\n

Return Procedures<\/strong> To make a return, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  3. Place the product in its original packaging and make sure it is well protected.<\/li>\n
  4. Send the parcel to the address: Newfreestyle, Via Cino da Pistoia 18, 20162 Milan, Italy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Refunds<\/strong> Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned products. The refund will include the cost of the product and the initial shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective product or product not conforming to description).<\/p>\n
